All of the information about your account will be available to both Support teams to assist you and provide answers to your questions.

Your payment card processing relationships will continue to be handled through the same processors, gateways, products, and network of additional providers — and your deposits and monthly merchant statements will continue with no action required by you. For the most part, the servicing of your business will continue as before and you and your customers should experience no changes or difference in the payment process. NXGEN will be handling all merchant servicing through our global network of offices and providers, and while our current Paducah, Kentucky office closed at the end of August, Tammy Timmerman will maintain a presence in the area.
