Job Title: Client Services Specialist

Department: Operations

Report To:  Sales Operations Manager, North America

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full Time

Location:  Whitefish, MT

Position Summary:

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for boarding, maintaining, and developing NXGEN’s Merchant accounts.  Support of Sales Agents and Merchants in all areas of service through telephone, email, multiple technical and software tools, in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of products, pricing, and policies
  • Account maintenance, technical support, relationship management
  • Service Merchant and Agent inquiriesin depth
  • Follow up with merchants, sales agents, co-workers
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Follow all policies, develop procedure materials
  • Cross-train and be willing to jump in where needed
  • Meet deadlines
  • Other duties as assigned

Required:

  • High school degree, Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication skills including written, in-person, and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to learn and navigate multiple CRM and SAAS tools
  • Self-review, quality assurance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, detail oriented, and accountable
  • Professional
  • Positive attitude
  • Extraordinary ability to manage time without direct supervision
  • Desire to learn
